With a background of civil & structural engineering, at the end of 1988 completed a sub-division of 30 half acre and one acre serviced rural residential blocks in the Village of Burringbar. In those days, it was difficult to arrange for a real estate agent to traverse the Burringbar Range to service the real estate demand, not only new land estates, but also local older original homes and farms. Hence, Burringbar Real Estate Centre Pty Ltd was borne, initially under the expertise, guidance and supervision of employed Licensee Nicholson Hollingworth, an esteemed long time local area real estate agent, and employed sales staff.

Stuart completed his studies in 1997 with a High Distinction Diploma in Business (Real Estate Management), and continuing today to pursue excellence in real estate sales & management, representing the vendor to obtain the best possible result in the current market, to an outcome of satisfaction to all parties.
