The Ellis family is originally from Scarsdale. They understand the importance of community spirit. The owners, Jenny and Mick, enjoy getting to know everyone and having a chat. The Ellis children work both in the restaurant and behind the scenes to make Bullseye's a truly family-oriented business.

Simon is Bullseye's cook and he loves to be in the kitchen preparing the dough, making his own Napoli and barbeque sauces and sourcing lots of fresh produce so that each pizza that goes through the ovens is a work of art that you will enjoy.

Bullseye's pizza offers something for everyone. Our BYO license makes us a great dinner venue, and we also run special offers for seniors and families so that everyone can enjoy our pizza! Bullseye's Games - which includes magnetic darts, golf, hookey and quoits - is fun for people of all ages.

Our range of pizzas, which put a gourmet spin on all of the traditional favourites, have derived their names from popular dart terms from around the world. Most of these terms represent a certain feat or achievement whilst playing the game.
