I have met a lot of great people on my training journey that have inspired me to CHOOSE the path to be better. I truly believe that life is all about experience, and to be able to lean on that experience to help others achieve greatness is truely rewarding.

My primary intention is to equip my clients with the knowledge and tools to empower them to continue their training journey beyond my time with them, and not simply rely on me to hold their hand. There is a difference in "just doing" and understanding the WHY of what we are doing. I believe true success lies in the essence of the details, and not just being a robot.

Life is not all roses and cupcakes. It is hard and will beat you down if you allow it. We all encounter hurdles that reveal what we are REALLY made of. I have stumbled and fallen on my journey more than once, but I do what is necessary to keep moving forward. This allows me to understand more about what it takes to overcome those boundaries.

We live in a world of information. Like the wise say - “There is a difference between knowledge and WISDOM” The strongest investment I have made in my career, is hiring and training under various Coaches myself. They help reveal an understanding of the intricate details of how to get optimal results and sift through the B.S to stick to the true and tried methods of getting them. I strongly believe we are ALL students, regardless of our knowledge. I learn just as much from my clients as I do my peers, and i truely believe that this allows me to develop as a Trainer.
