Boss Pest & Termite Solutions was founded in April 2013, after identifying a need in the market for a reliable, value driven pest management firm. It is our goal to be set in a category of our own in regards to customer service, with reliability being the cornerstone of achieving this. Joe has owned and operated his own businesses from a young age, starting with rearing calves for sale to local markets while still attending primary school, and living on the family farm at Beaudesert. From there he has been involved in family farming operations, culminating in the role of Operations Manager on a large dairy farm. The control of pests and weeds in an agricultural sense formed a large part of his early working life.

Upon moving to Brisbane in 2006 Joe has fulfilled several roles and operated several businesses, including vehicle sales, currency trading and operating a carpet cleaning franchise. It is while operating this franchise he found his true calling. It started with simple pest control treatments as part of “Carpet & Pest” rental vacates. As it turns out, Joe is far better at hunting pests than cleaning things!

Joe has been in the pest control industry since 2009, and has undertaken extensive training, both academic and practical in the specialised fields of pest control and termite management. Not all of this experience has been good, with a large amount of shonky practices and misinformation evident in the industry.

Borne out of the frustration of seeing clients being let down left and right, is Boss Pest and Termite Solutions. Joe is not one to see clients go unsatisfied, and this forms the basis of our business.
