Group training fitness sessions for Mums.
These sessions are to help boost your energy, improve physical and mental health, aid weight loss and have you feeling great.
Session held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 9am each week. The sessions are held at local Tweed Heads parks to allow Mums to bring their babies/children along.
Sessions include circuit training, interval training, boxing, cardio, weights, plus core and lower back exercises.
We have all types in our group - whether you are super fit, just starting out, or anywhere in between, there is likely to be somebody else at your level.
Everybody trains for different reasons – some to lose weight/tone up, to get their health and fitness back on track and we even have Mammas who enjoy the social aspect as much as the training.
