We offer Alignment based yoga classes as well as Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners to Intermediate Level. We also offer Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, Mums n Bubs Courses, Retreats, Yoga & Wellbeing Workshops and Workplace Yoga.

We also offer yoga in Schools and workplaces. Body Yoga really does have something for EVERY BODY!
