Bliss Wellness Services & Class Descriptions

~Zumba® with Becci~
“Come shake what ya mama gave ya!”
Ditch the workout and join the party. Dance and shake your way to a great figure. Great for beginners and all ages. You don’t need to know how to dance just feel the rhythm and move your body to the beat and follow my lead.
It is very affordable at only $10 for Casual or buy a 10 Session Punch Card for $80 = $8 per class

**Creche is available for ALL our morning classes $3 per child.

~Zumba® with Becci ~ Mega Dance Party~
Its a 2 hour party held once every 3 months. There will be games and prizes along with the release of the latest Zumba with Becci tracks and dances.
Great for people who love to party. 18+ please.

~ZumbAtomic®~
ZumbAtomic is an explosion of music, dance and energy! FUN music! FUN dances! A FUN time! It is the crazy-cool dance fitness workout for kids set to hip-hop, Salsa, Reggaeton, and more! ZumbAtomic is a fun, healthy program for children using the Zumba Fitness concept. Children will watch, learn, and choose a path toward a healthy lifestyle.The goal of ZumbAtomic is to develop a healthy lifestyle, and to incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives.While exercise is indeed a very important element of childhood development, ZumbAtomic also considers other facts of the child's development. Children will learn: Leadership, Respect, TeamWork, Pride, Confidence, Responsibility, Coordination, Balance, Discipline, Memory & Creativity!
*Available for Birthday Parties and private sessions.

~Fit Club~
Fit Club is a NEW and FUN way to get FIT & HEALTHY!!! We start the hour off with a fat burning beverage or a Lift Off, this will not only start the body burning fat but it will give you an abundance of energy.We then get started on a 40 minute circuit class with lots of different activities and change stations every 1-2 minutes. It will always be something new each week, with pumping music to get you motivated and moving! After we have worked up a sweat you can relax and enjoy a delicious protein shake packed full of nutrition, so you have plenty of energy to get through your day.
*10:45am-11:45am every Friday ~ $10 for Fit Club ~ this covers all products consumed and a 40 minute workout!!

~Community Weight Loss Challenges~
Learn how to lose weight and keep it off for good in a fun environment with personalised one-on-one coaching and group support to cheer you on! The course advices proper nutrition, food choices and encourages exercise. We also look into the emotional aspects of weight loss and how to most effectively release the weight. Each person will receive a FREE metabolism test. Instead of being on a restricted diet, we focus on creating healthy lifestyle habits that make the ultimate difference. There is no specific weight loss programme required just a willingness to learn new things.
*$49 for the 8 week course with Ca$h prizes for the winners.

~My Magic Touch Massage~
Receive a Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage by Becci. Crystals, Candles & Incense can be used if requested. Full body prices start from $70.00 for 1 hour .

~Meditation Support Group~
A safe space for anyone that wants to learn or try meditation. The foundation of the group is love and you will be left feeling grounded, centred and more relaxed.

~Herbalife~
Herbalife is Bliss Wellness' choice for nutrition.
Becci's Herbalife story:
