My name is Bianca,
I am a homegrown lover of WA and all that we have in this beautiful state. I barrack for the Eagles (Just don’t ask me about current team members… I live in the days of the Matera boys)

Being the youngest of three (Yes, that’s right, the annoying, attention seeking child…) and daughter of a Nurse and Banker, I learnt from an early age the importance of treating others how you wish to be treated, and working towards what you want. I helped my Dad choose a corker of a property in East Vic Park when I was 8, I have always surrounded myself in all things property, keeping a shoebox of house/floor plans from as early as 14. With some absolute determination and excellent budgeting I moved into my first house, which I built at age 21 in Canning Vale, had it rented out for a few years and sold it in 2015.

My husband (Sydney boy from Penrith) and I made the move 4 years ago to Falcon, Mandurah from Perth. One of our best decisions as we love the coastal location and the strong sense of community! We are proud Lions Club members in the Falcon chapter where we get to organise and take part in many community events.

I am a massive chatterbox and love a good old chinwag, but I am also a keen listener who will do anything to help you achieve your property goals. I maintain a very positive outlook on life paired with my intrinsic motivation, makes me an excellent person to have in your corner when selling your property. Also, I make a mean hot drink, my preference is tea, but I dabble in coffee.
