Best Start- Early Years

ON SITE, LOW COST and CONVENIENT therapy services provided at your child’s childcare, ELC or kinder.

The Best Start- Early Years Program is a multi-disciplinary team of Child Psychologists, Speech Therapists and Occupational Therapists who are dedicated to recognise and support behaviour, speech and developmental difficulties.

The experienced team are fully qualified Medicare Providers and practicing members of Speech Pathology Australia or the Australian Health Professional Regulation Agency. All holding a current Working With Children’s Check

These services are provided ON SITE, are at a LOW COST and CONVENIENT for you, your child and the educators of your child.
Best Start-Early years services include –
Therapy and intervention in the area of Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology,
Screening children to determine if there is any delay in speech, language, communication, fine/gross motor skills and to assess for school readiness
Assessments and reports
Inclusion Support (Helping Children with Autism Package/Better Start for Children with a Disability)
Parent information sessions on an array of topics
Group work for children and parents on an array of topics.
Rebates may be available under Medicare and Private Health funding.

With your consent, your educators can be provided face-to-face feedback and strategies on how they can best support your child, hence providing more efficient and time effective intervention.
