Berserk Tattoos

Previously located on Mount Street, Heidelberg. A custom tattoo studio in the heart of Heidelberg, owned and operated by tattoo artist Ben Whiteraven along with his team of tattoo artists.

Ben Whiteraven has been a tattoo artist for over eight years, working steadily across Cairns and Melbourne (head tattooist at Midnight Ink Thornbury for four years) before setting up his own studio in the heart of Heidelberg. Since outgrowing our old location on Mount Street, we have relocated to Southern Rd, Heidelberg Heights, a short two minute drive from our previous locale.

Our studio specializes in a range of styles including but not limited to Traditional, Neotraditional, Black & Grey, Etching, Portraits, Realism, Script, Japanese, Illustrative & more.

All artists are trained in a variety of styles and are able to create a custom, tailored piece for each client.

Our female tattooist and second chair, Amz Kelso, specialises in cute, illustrative and feminine designs and loves working on Pop-Culture and Feminist pieces. She studied under Ben Whiteraven almost three years ago as his apprentice and has since become a staple of the Berserk team.

Bevan Bowman has six years of experience across country Victoria and Melbourne across a handful of studios. He is heavily experienced and is strongest when working freehand, on custom script and in heavy traditional.
