Bell Moutarde grew out of a desire to create a real, natural food which was not already available in vast quantity at local markets. I made mustard many years ago and decided I may like to try again. I've become hooked - not only on the taste, but also on the gorgeous process of experimenting with seasonal products, fermenting and then - like everything good - just waiting until it has worked its magic. Old style recipes, most are GF, all are Vegan and diabetic friendly, no preservatives, colourings or additives. Nothing artificial - Just Real Food.
