Zilzie is located 25kms South of Yeppoon and 40km East of Rockhampton in a region known as the Capricorn Coast.

The immediate area is very quiet, situated down a private lane with lots of relax areas. The house is surrounded with coconut and pandanus palms and is very tropical. There are paths and steps that go right to the sand. The property is has beach frontage and is beautifully maintained.
