Craig is the director of Be There Financial Services. As well as being a specialist Residential & Commercial Mortgage / Finance broker, Craig has a passion for customer service that goes back to his nursing days.

Craig Graduated in nursing and worked in Haematology at RPA in Sydney. After this he decided to take his bedside manner to finance, and look after people’s financial health. Starting out as a teller, Craig worked up to becoming a NSW State sales manager for Mortgage brokers and also more recently a Bank Manager for two major institutions. During this time, Craig was able to be the middle-man or advice manager by helping brokers get better deals for their clients. Craig worked in helping customers to find better personal products; and offered a wide range of professional options and advice to assist his clients in saving, time, money and effort in their banking. Communication, respect, empathy, honesty and customer service are of paramount importance to Craig, who prides himself in delivering the service he would expect to receive as a customer.

Craig is also on the committee of a local sporting club along with being a President of the local Business Chamber. He is always looking to assist others in the community and promote their services.

Craig is available to assist with your, business, accounts, lending, insurances and also has many referral partners in his professional network who can also assist you. These include accountants, real estate agents, builders, tradies, pest and building inspectors, conveyancers, solicitors, financial planners and many more...
