Bayside Taekwondo

Bayside Taekwondo teaches traditional Taekwondo including self defence, poomsae, WTF competition sparring and also incorporates a mixture of Jujitsu,boxing and street freestyle MMA

Our club is focused on self defence and the traditional discipline of Taekwondo. We have also been successful in creating State and National Champions in WTF competition and our aim is to improve our students’ self confidence and martial arts skills, helping them to be better prepared for life’s many challenges.

Aris Koutoufos and Matthew Donald have over 25 years experience in Taekwondo and are 1st class Australian Taekwondo national referees, Qualified NCAS coaches (Level 1) with level 1 first aid certification and also working with children certification.
