Bargo Fitness Centre

Founded by David and Jacqui Suker, Bargo Martial Arts and Fitness Centre was born of their passion for both the Martial Arts and health and Fitness.

Both David and Jacqui have backgrounds as Personal Trainers and with over 20 years in Martial Arts, both are Shotokan Karate black belts, also having trained in Kanzen Ryu karate, boxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. David is the head instructor of Wollondilly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a club that is notching up an impressive competitive record. David also instructs the School of the Tiger Karate, and Stealth Fighting Arts MMA. Jacqui, also a practioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the Centres resident Zumba Instructor, the first to bring the dance craze to the Wollondilly. Jacqui also runs seniors classes as a registered Active Over 50's Instructor. Add to this her accreditations as a PunchFit Instructor and as you can see this is one active couple!
