Barbell Babes Brigade is a community of females focused on allowing our women to unleash their true capabilities both inside and outside the gym. Located in Heidelberg, Melbourne, our HQ is an environment that focusses on celebrating what our bodies can achieve through effective strength training. Our ladies are strong in mind, and strong in body! Our signature training systems built from years of working with ladies of all shapes sizes and backgrounds, incorporates the core fundamentals of strength and conditioning with our own BBB sass. What our babes love most however, are the feelings of empowerment, support and constant education that we provide to allow them to continually progress in overall performance. This is how we're able to consistently provide life changing results in both body composition and also mental strength.
