Hi, I am Bang On! Blinds. I am one person from start to finish and beyond.
My journey started as a Trainee Patio/Pergola installer in 2007. During this time I acquired many skills from many different trades. Carpentry Plumbing, and also roof plumbing. I gained knowledge and experience from many different people, each of whom was at the top of their trade. Taking the best techniques from each individual, I have created my own style. In this time I have mastered patios, built Glass rooms, installed windows, doors and walls. Most importantly
I was taught how to install Ziptrak® track guided blind system. I was lucky enough to be Trained by an ex Blind fitter who was the state manager of a large blind company, and is now the head of training and Construction management.
Transition into Blinds
When constructing patios, I had a lot of my clients approach me reguarding blind installation. Around the same time, one client was after gutter guard, for his property. While looking for a supplier, I stumbled upon a well known blind company and I started chatting to the owner, who was impressed about my passion for blinds. I was then offered a contract position at his company but most importantly gained a supplier. After much thought I decided to put all my energy into installing blinds, although my current contracting job was extremely consistant and well paid. But I had a vision, and that vision was to start my own company and provide the best possible service. By installing blinds full time, I could become an even better fitter and at the same time I could learn about all the other products in the industry. I am still currently contracted with my wholesaler, while working at getting my buisness name out there .
What I offer
My aim is to provide the best possible workmanship, advice and service to my customers. I always have, and always will take a great deal of pride in my work and nothing makes me happier than when I have a happy client, while knowing that I am doing it for the benefit my own company. My favourite thing to hear is. "Wow it's even better than what I imagined."
