Hi, I'm Cara and I am a wife and mother of two. I have been involved in the Fitness Industry since 2003.
I specialise in High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. This form of training has been proven to fast track your fitness results compared to conventional methods of exercise. All my Personal Training sessions are 30 minutes which is perfect for fitting into our busy lifestyle.
I aim to provide my fitness services to clients in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. My approach to training is that it should be a life long commitment. Its a LIFEstyle.
All my training sessions are tailored to your exact needs. I personally design every session so no matter how often you train, no two workouts will be the same. Your kids are welcome to come along and play, for free, whist you train.
