Deep Peace Meditation & Kirtan - Thursdays 6.30 pm
A truly soothing evening to calm, rest & revitalise the mind, body and soul through a delightful infusion of guided relaxation, meditation and serene, melodious kirtan (chanting of sacred mantras) for complete rejuvenation.
No bookings are required and classes are offered free of charge. You are welcome to bring a blanket, the hall will be heated in winter.
Hatha Yoga Asana Classes - Mondays 6.30 pm and Thursdays 7.45 pm
These classes are suitable for all levels and will gradually help you to gain greater strength and flexibility. Pranayama (breath work) and meditation are included to provide you with a complete sense of well being. Classes are offered at an affordable $10 per class. No bookings are required.
Please note there are no classes on public holidays.
