- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Valid Security License
- First Aid trained
- Very well at speaking English
- Great Radio Communication Skills
- Self defense tactics
- Quick reactions to situations
- Ability to work alone or in a team
- Ability to control big groups of people

We Prefer guards to have:
- Semi-automatic handgun accreditation
- Heavy rigid license
- Cash in transit Certificate
- Certificate III in Security Operations
- Advanced Self defense training
- Private investigator Certificate
- 1 of: Control Room, Armed guard & Body guarding Additions to there security license.
