The Australian College of Applied Education (ACAE) is one of the longest established Registered Training Organisations operating in Perth. Established in 1989, ACAE provides accredited courses in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management and Tourism and Travel for International and Domestic Students. We have now also expanded into Melbourne, with our ACAE campus in the heart of the city on Flinders Street. ACAE graduates are highly recognised and skilled individuals who possess a combination of passion, industry knowledge and practical experience in all areas of hospitality.
