Owned by Tony Bryan and Tim Hendy, Ausmar Homes is a Sunshine Coast based building company established in 1993. Past awards include the Housing Industry Association (HIA) as ‘Australia’s Most Professional Small to Medium Builder’ (7x). An accolade never before given to a Sunshine Coast builder, these industry awards and consistent high performance standards have set Ausmar Homes apart as one of the most reputable builders in South East Queensland. Our building area starts with Gympie in the North and finishes all the way down to the Gold Coast.
