Ash Attack’s Philosophy
Work hard play hard is the only rule. Prepare yourself for hot and unadulterated sweaty fun. I believe if you step into each session and attack your workouts striving for progress not perfection, you’ll step out feeling your best self with a smile. Every workout has a purpose, find yours and I’ll accommodate. You may feel more at home training alongside other screaming, grunting and sweating animals or on the contrary, you may prefer to gather with quieter devotees for some sighing and quiet murmuring or even train solo. No matter where you like to spend your time, Ash Attack takes your workout seriously and is a strong community where you’ll receive support and feel inspired.
More about your trainer…
I am a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, kettlebell enthusiast, amateur yogi and a fan of HIIT workouts. After relocating from South Africa in 2006 to London and now living in Sydney, I am enjoying the warmer climate and workout outdoors whenever possible. You can find me tossing med balls or swinging kettlebells at local parks or running along the gorgeous Cronulla promenade.
