Our Story

The importance of nutrition to human development as well as ongoing mental, emotional and physical health could not have been more apparent than in recent times with the trends in obesity, mental health, childhood disabilities continue to deteriorate while the availability of sugar and processed foods, the mistreatment of animals in livestock production, the ongoing use of chemicals and genetic modifications of plants as well as the changes apparent in our climate continue to rise.

Over twenty years of working in the field of childhood disability highlighted the need to address the route cause of humanity's current catastrophe by proving that anyone, including our own family, could get back to basics, living a more sustainable existence, being kinder to the planet and ourselves, and improving the future for our children through our current actions.

Our strategy, therefore, is to apply evidence-based knowledge to farming practices to create produce which promotes health, happiness and human endeavor.


Vision

Our children and grandchildren will experience and learn to live in a healthier world than the one we live in currently.

This world of the future will have people with fewer mental or physical health issues, as they get their nutrition from locally grown, healthful plants and animals allowed to live within a natural ecology, having themselves been raised on healthful soils and water. Ongoing climatic fluctuations will be adapted to while humanity assists in restoring the earth's ability to heal itself.
