Alternate Fitness is a locally owned and operated personal training business that aims to provide quality individual and group training services, as well as group circuit and bootcamps, and a Healthy Kids Club. Alternate Fitness differs from the
mainstream gyms by using only free weights, innovative equipment and body
weight exercises to make sessions fun, different and exciting for all participants.
Alternate Fitness will challenge people physically and mentally, giving them an invigorating full body workout to help them achieve their goals. Clients will also be
educated about the importance of healthy eating and the long term benefits of
exercise and tips on exercising at home.
