AL 4 BEAUTY is founded by a professional Hair and Makeup Artist named Carein Carpio and her partner Shane Dutta.

Carein is a diploma graduate of Hi-Definition Beauty and Fashion Makeup from one of the best Makeup School in the Philippines " HD Makeup Studio and Academy" trained and headed by U.S and Singapore -trained Master Makeup Artist Mr. Jeave Gabiana and Ms. Christephanie Sing who both graduated from Cinema Makeup School in Holywood and L.C.E School of Arts & Design in Singapore. She also completed a course in Basic Hairdressing from David Salon Academy a well-known Hairstyle authority in the Philippines founded by Mr. David Charlton.

Carein areas of expertise covers all facets of Hair & Makeup including Bridal Hair and Makeup, Fashion Editorial, Commercial, Print, Film and Television.

Carein has an eye for detail , a perfectionist. As soon as she start to weep over and outward your face, you would begin to admire the subtle tones and soft textures that she effortlessly creates. In addition , she is always ready to share tips , advice about simple hair and makeup techniques to her clients , with that she is able to incorporate a little of her own personality into her work.
