AHW Consulting was established in November 2014 as an advisory and professional development for community organisations who were spending more time on problems and didn’t really know how to change this. AHW Consulting will lead organisations through governance, strategic direction, organisational development, building capacity and one-on-one coaching. AHW Consulting supports you to start activating a plan to grow and develop your organisation to be stronger.

AHW Consulting will support you through:
* Providing solutions based approaches for community organisations to be in a healthier state through development, planning and strategizing of organisational direction or staffing improvement.

* Availability as a consultant to be contracted as an interim Manager or Executive, bringing a combination of specialist expertise to fulfil a role that is temporarily vacant.
