AFL Active Point Cook

AFL Active is a 50min workout is based on AFL principles. Just like an AFL player we will train with footballs, speed ladders, agility poles and hurdles, but don’t worry, no football skills are required. This program is really for anyone who wants to get fitter, leaner, add variety into their training and have some FUN.
