My approach to counselling blends conventional and alternative methods to create a holistic approach, individually tailored to be most beneficial to you.

I draw upon a variety of techniques and styles to incorporate what will be most helpful to you. I then work to support and guide you to identify and build upon your strengths to achieve your goals.

This includes the use of Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Inner Child and Voice Dialogue work in combination with alternative healing techniques including Crystal Therapy, Reiki, mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques.
