A Change Of Plans is an Acoustic/Rock Duo from Warrnambool, Victoria. Consisting of members; Thomas Evans and Kodie Mackie. We have been playing together at Public Venues/Events and Private functions for many years and have plenty of experience in Live Entertainment.
