Hello ime Mike Taylor,Manager of 4everfit; We would love to motivate you/your group/club org,to achieve health and fitness objectives that you may have thought were long gone,we accept all age groups but especially older persons,as i am in that catagory,i have a fantastic understanding of how hard it can be as we age.We will take you trekking,kyaking,walking,jogging and encourage you to set goals, such as fun runs,maybe even 5k,10k,half marathon,42.2k. Correct training techniques and form are crucial to achieve small goals and long term goals, 4everfit is able to coach you to reach fitness levels with proper nutrition guide lines.Initially we are a not for profit program,anyone requiring fund raising activities is welcome ,membership to 4everfit is free,we will come to you any where in the YARRA VALLEY REGION,or you can use my small gym in Chirnside Park to build your healthier lifestyle.I am passionate and driven to make a differance in my community,and i will be setting up Yarra Ranges Running/Adventure Club under the 4everfit banner in the near future.Thanks for you time,and remember ;Dont let an old person creep into your body;
