41 On Maple

41 on Maple is a small cafe in Greystanes owned and operated by two local personal trainers, Manny and Jackie. 41 on Maple offers coffee, cakes (gluten free available), all day breakfast and a lunch menu (healthy options available) from Tuesday to Sunday.

We also have a happy hour every Saturday from 1-2pm which includes a free milkshake/frappe with any burger and chips.

Manny and Jackie also own and operate 'Body Strong Transformation Centre' next door, which is a bootcamp and personal training studio, centred around weight loss and strength training.
