Form a closer bond with your baby through the joy of infant massage. It will improve sleep patterns, allow for easier settling, relieve the distress of wind, colic and constipation with unique & soothing strokes. It will strengthen the immune system functions, increasing resistance to illness.
As parents, regardless of our socio-economic status, employment background, religious and political views; we all have one thing in common. We all want the best start possible for our children.

Thank you for your interest in my infant massage classes!


Classes run for approximately one hour, once a week over three weeks.

Presently Thursday at 11am, though additional classes may be scheduled Thursday afternoon and/or Friday morning subject to enrolment numbers.


Class numbers are usually kept small, usually 4-5. However I can accommodate group bookings upon request.


Swedish and Indian inspired strokes and yoga stretches are some of the techniques you can expect to learn during the course.

Participating in infant massage provides the opportunity to meet other like minded new parents and form new friendships, one of my favourite aspects of involvement. It also assists to enhance and stregthen the bond between you and your baby.

Towels, pillows and oil are provided for use during the classes.

You will need to bring whatever supplies you may need for your baby eg nappies, formula etc

Dress for comfort as classes are conducted on the floor. Carpeted studio is heated to a comfortable temperature and is clean, cosy and inviting.

Refreshments are served at the conclusion of the sessions.

Payment confirms your place in my class and is required within 3 days of booking. Direct deposit (preferred) or cheques accepted.
